All products are intended for off-highway uses only and should be used for their intended purposes only. Popyourhoodz does not take responsibility over buyer installation, modification, and unusual stress of the products. The buyer assumes all responsibilities for determining the suitability of the products. Popyourhoodz is not responsible for any damages incurred either directly or indirectly on the vehicles or operators/passengers within the vehicles.

Popyourhoodz Fitment Recommendations

  • If hood does not clear a stock engine, please contact us.

  • Please note that Popyourhoodz does not suggest re-installing gas hood shocks/dampers/struts.

  • Popyourhoodz does not guarantee fitment on cars that have been in involved in accidents and/or had body damages.

  • Popyourhoodz strongly recommends not driving with transparent/clear hood. 

Installation

All products require professional installation. Buyer understands that some hoods may require minor adjustments may be necessary as part of the normal installation process. All transparent/clear products will not sustain heavy force or weight, for they could be cracked by such force or weight. Popyourhoodz has made an effort to produce all its aftermarket products to fit the original factory vehicles as closely as possible. However, some occasional prepping may be necessary for an ideal fit. The buyer needs to perform these steps to his/her satisfaction before installation. Popyourhoodz  is not responsible for any damage to paint.

Hood Pins

It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure proper installation of holes/ hood pins. Popyourhoodz will not be liable for any damages to the product and the vehicle caused by not properly installing/using hood pins/latches

Shipping Damage

Popyourhoodz packs all products carefully to prevent damage during shipping. However, damage may still occur occasionally. Buyer must open the packaging and then inspect the products carefully upon receiving them before the freight driver leaves. If the product is damaged beyond repair, product should be refuse for damages. Then notate any damages and irregularities such as crushed, punctured, or broken parts on both the packaging and the product on the freight bill/receipt at the driver's presence. Also remember to take lots of clear photos. Buyer must get a claim/exception number on the freight bill/receipt before driver leaves. Ask driver to print and sign their name on the bill/receipt for their confirmation of the issue with the packaging/product. A signed receipt without any notation indemnified the carrier as well as Popyourhoodz of any further damage claims. Discovery of damages after a clear delivery becomes the responsibility of the customer.

All damages must be notified to Popyourhoodz and carrier within 48 hours with claim number. In cases of damage with proper notation on receipt, the carrier will determine whether to pay for replacement value of the damaged product after damage inspection. Replacement value is the amount the buyer paid to the seller and is not negotiable and does not include shipping fees. All disputes about the settlement amount should be addressed with the carrier. Popyourhoodz, under no circumstances, shall be liable for the damaged product or for subsequent settlement of the claim with the carrier.

Defective Products

Minor adjustments might be necessary. Transparent/clear hoods are hand-crafted, and no two items will be identical. Small imperfections such as diminutive scratches/swirls, small blemishes are inevitable. Therefore it is NOT considered to be defective.

Returns

ALL SALES ARE FINAL! NO REFUNDS after orders are placed.

Shipping Errors

If the consignee receives an incorrect item due to PopyourHoodz error, consignee must inform the dealer within 3 days of receipt of shipment. Popyourhoodz will then issue a Call Tag to pick up the incorrect item(s) and ship the correct item(s) at no additional charges.

Shipping payment

When the product is done, customer will be contacted and sent a invoice for shipment and remaining balance due if deposit was selected during checkout. Popyourhoodz will not ship any product without payment for shipping. Popyourhoodz will allow 2 weeks of storage before a storage fee of $50 a week accrue.

All parts shall remain the property of Popyourhoodz until paid in full.
